It's a great day for all the Osun State Polytechnic, Iree DPT students has they are taking a step for higher heights in this Life. Completion of 2-year Ordinary National Diploma program. December 8th 2019 was their DINNER AND AWARD NIGHT PARTY With Kunle Afod, Diamond Jimma and Sisi Quadri. 
Over 70 awards was distributed with many students struggle to be among the Awardees in this event. The event recorded the best among all in the history of OSPOLY DPT events.

It's a memorable day in the whole Iree community with 2 out 3 invited guests were present. Diamond Jimma and Sisi Quadri was Present while Kunle Afod was not present. 
Ajagungbade (EMIR 👑) and co were also present as there are many other people that graced the occasion. The Man Of The Year Award was given to EMIR 👑. He deserves it. 
M.O Akande received the Award for the most Prolific Student Of The Year and the BLOGGER Of The Year award.
Alo Promise bagged the Most Handsome Student Of The Year.
Sax Pablo bagged the Money Bag Award. 
Tobaddy and his girlfriend bagged the couple of the year Award

Why the event was unique?
1. There was 101% security. 
2. That's the first event that was held in the community in which there was no iota of crisis. 
3. All the invited guests, MC's and other performing artists stick to time. 
4. The DINNER tagged event was strictly comply with. There's refreshments all through the 8 hours program. 
5. The environment was conducive. 
6. Smoking was strictly restricted. 
7. The management of the event did a well-done Job.

How Oba Samuel Adeniran Asusumasa Atewogboye II was sentenced to death for killing a baby for ritual in 1944 On a Monday morning that started out like every other day, the 10th of January, 1949, something unbelievably nasty was to occur. An event so brutal it shook the helpless community to its very core. In the rustic compound of Mr. Ojo was a 15-month-old baby girl whom he and his adorable wife joyfully named Adediwura (meaning royalty or crown has turned to gold). Not bothered with any problem in the world, she was busy playing. Unknown to the family, the crown of the Efon-Alaaye was soon going to turn their own crown into a calabash of blood. All of a sudden, someone noticed the little girl playing within the compound was nowhere to be found. It was as if she just vanished. Ha! What type of a bad joke is this, the father must have mused. But it was no joke. After checking every plank and crevice in the compound, the parents knew something terrible was amiss....

GBENGA ADEBOYE, the Pioneer Founder of comedy - M.O AKANDE

EARLY LIFE As a child, Gbenga was precocious often chastised ‘forwardness’. Adeboye was one of those children who didn’t realize when their mothers gave them the ‘eye’ to shut them up in the presence of guests. Young Gbenga let it rip without filter: he said any and everything his eyes saw. By the time he was a secondary school student at Oranmiyan Memorial Grammar School Ile-Ife, he had gained a reputation for being the school clown: the one who could bail himself out of trouble (that he mostly put in himself into!) by telling jokes. But this was in the 70’s: nobody ever made a living by forming and telling faabu. Soon he was sent off to the big city of Lagos to find a proper means of livelihood. He got a job with the Nigerian Airports Authority as commercial attache. His job was picking up foreigners at the airport, holding placards and announcing their names from a small notepad.
