AS A LEADER, WHICH INVESTMENT IS BETTER BETWEEN SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL PROJECTS?

Most of the time, we made mistake by not following our passion but choose to follow the affairs of what people tells about us. 

You know this life, one has to learn from the people who had passed through the journey you're about to begin. 

The issue of covetous, power rigging and selfishness are the basic tools in disrupting the life of the  youths during the process of pursuing a career.  

In no doubt, you have 100% control over your life because you're the owner of your life. And in no doubt, there are some people who are to control you because they seems to have what you need in their possession. 

When you know you're in leadership position and you know within yourself that your days in the office are numbered, it's better you invest in social investments than in physical investments. Ask me how and why?

SOCIAL INVESTMENTS  is about investing in people. It means policies designed to strengthen people's skills and capacities and support them to participate fully in employment and social life. Key policy areas include education,financial, etc. When you invest in people they are going to manifest in future in the area you don't think you can need them. People are future assets. If you help people today and you seems to be poor in the future, always remember the law of KARMA, what goes around comes around. That's the law that give those righteous man the exactly what they deserve. God can never forget you even if man does. Whatever you sow, you will reap it

PHYSICAL INVESTMENTS, those are the man-made (artificial) things that we invest to in order to gain accolade from people. Physical investments can never last like that of social investments. Physical investments only comes when you want people to give you   an appraisal for what you have done. 

Difference between physical and social investments.

PHYSICAL INVESTMENTS

1. It is camouflage.

2. Usage duration used to outdated.

3. It is man-made investments.

4. It is easy to do when you have money.

5. The investment may not bring in multiple income of the capital. 

6. It may be difficult to see people who are willing to help you when you have problem.

7. Criticising and condemnation of the investment by the people.

SOCIAL INVESTMENTS

1. Investments is made on low-key level.

2. Once it manifest, the usage duration is Everlasting.

3. It is natural.

4. It's expensive to run because it requires selfless and commitment. 

5. It yielded multiple than the capital used to invest.

6. People will be there for you always.

7. Skills and experience they acquire during your own time will never be forgotten. 

As a potential leader, who knows that his days are numbered in the office as said earlier, Know what you will use your idea for because when you left the office, another person will emerge the position. Let them know the difference between when  your regime and the other person regime.
